Delivery times
Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier selected, the destination of the order, and the shipping service available at the time of purchase.
At checkout, you'll see the available shipping options along with their costs and estimated delivery times. These times refer solely to transport by the carrier and do not include the time needed to prepare and process the order.
Omaric Elettronica cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier, force majeure, strikes, adverse weather conditions, logistics issues, or other circumstances beyond our direct control.
Once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier, you'll receive a confirmation email that includes, when available, a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Shipment management
All shipments are handled from Strambino, in the Ivrea area, through the Paccofacile service.
Paccofacile lets us arrange shipping through a range of domestic and international carriers. The carrier actually used may therefore vary depending on the destination, the size of the parcel, the weight of the order, and the best solution available at the time of shipping.
Order preparation
Orders are prepared and handed over to the carrier on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays, company closures, holiday periods, or any temporary suspensions announced on the site.
Order preparation times are separate from the carrier's delivery times. Preparation delays may occur in cases of high order volumes, temporary unavailability of certain items, administrative checks, or the need to verify incomplete shipping details.
Warehouse and point of origin
Orders are prepared and shipped from Italy, with logistics handled in the Strambino / Ivrea area.
For domestic and international shipments, Omaric Elettronica uses shipping services selected through Paccofacile, choosing from the available solutions based on the destination and characteristics of the order.
International shipments and customs
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs checks, duties, import VAT, or other charges required by the authorities of the destination country.
Any such costs, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient and are not determined by Omaric Elettronica.
Omaric Elettronica cannot be held responsible for delays, holds, or additional costs arising from customs checks, import procedures, documentation required by local authorities, or restrictions applied in the destination country.
Business days and closure periods
All times indicated for preparation, shipping, and delivery refer to business days, Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and company closure periods.
Any scheduled closures, such as annual holidays or temporary suspensions of activity, will be announced on the site with reasonable advance notice.
Free shipping
Omaric Elettronica may run free-shipping promotions on certain orders, countries, or spending thresholds.
When available, free shipping is shown directly at checkout and applies according to the terms of the active promotion.
Unless stated otherwise, free shipping refers to the most economical shipping method available among those offered by the system, compatible with the weight, volume, and destination of the order.
Additional services, express shipping, insurance, special deliveries, or premium options may not be included in the promotion.
Suspension or restriction of shipping service
Shipments to certain countries or geographic areas may be temporarily suspended or restricted due to international restrictions, local instability, operational difficulties on the part of carriers, customs regulations, or decisions made by transport providers.
If shipping isn't available to a given destination, you'll be notified during checkout or contacted by Omaric Elettronica support after placing the order.
Any specific suspensions currently in effect will be announced on the site or communicated directly at the time of purchase.
