Omaric Elettronica Return and Refund Policy
Right to return
You can request a return of an Omaric Elettronica product within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be accepted, the product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered: unused, complete with all components, accessories, manuals, any included materials, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt, invoice, or order confirmation.
How to request a return
To start a return request, contact Omaric Elettronica support through the support channel listed on the site.
Once we receive your request, our team will review it and let you know whether the return is approved, along with instructions for shipping the product back. Where applicable, we'll also provide a shipping label or explain the correct way to send it.
Products returned without prior authorization from Omaric Elettronica support cannot be accepted.
From the moment you receive your order, you have 30 days to let us know you'd like to return one or more products. Once you've heard back from our team, the product must be shipped within 14 days, along with any promotional materials or accessories included with the purchase.
If your Omaric Elettronica product was purchased through an authorized reseller or distributor, the return must be handled directly with the store or seller where the purchase was made.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect products
When your order arrives, please check the contents of the package carefully.
If the product you received is damaged, incomplete, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact Omaric Elettronica support as soon as possible, including a description of the issue and, if helpful, photos of the product or packaging.
This lets us assess the situation and offer the most suitable solution: replacement, missing-component fulfillment, repair, return, or refund, depending on the specific case.
Non-returnable products
For organizational, technical, or hygiene reasons, some items may not be eligible for return.
For example, the following cannot be returned:
- custom or made-to-order products;
- kits or materials that have been modified, assembled, damaged, or used improperly;
- electronic components that have been altered, soldered, cut, tampered with, or can no longer be inspected;
- digital licenses, software content, or platform access already activated, unless otherwise stated in the contract;
- products purchased as part of a special promotion, sale, or clearance, where indicated in the sales terms;
- gift cards or promotional credits.

Product exchanges
The fastest way to get a different product is to request a return of the item you purchased. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the product you want.
Replacements for defective, incorrect, or damaged products will instead be handled directly by Omaric Elettronica support based on availability and the nature of the issue.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned product, Omaric Elettronica will inspect the condition of the item.
You'll be notified of the outcome of this assessment and whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card network, or payment provider. Omaric Elettronica is not responsible for technical delays related to banking systems or payment intermediaries.
